Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services. We may update these terms occasionally, and we’ll let you know when we do.

Our Services

Medikkare provides digital marketing services specifically for dental practices. This includes website design, social media management, search engine optimization, online advertising, and related marketing services. We tailor our approach to help dental practices grow their patient base and online presence.

Service Agreements

When you hire us, we’ll provide a detailed service agreement outlining what we’ll do, when we’ll do it, and what it costs. Payment is required in full before we begin work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly retainer services are billed in advance.

Your Responsibilities

You need to provide us with accurate information about your practice, including business details, branding materials, and any content you want us to use. You’re responsible for reviewing and approving work before it goes live. If you need changes after approval, additional fees may apply.

You must have the legal right to use any materials you provide us, including photos, logos, and written content. You’re also responsible for ensuring your practice complies with all applicable healthcare and advertising regulations.

Intellectual Property

Work we create for you becomes yours once you’ve paid in full. However, we retain the right to showcase our work in our portfolio and marketing materials. Any existing trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary methods we use remain ours.

If you provide us with your existing materials, you grant us permission to use them for your project. We won’t share your confidential information with others or use it for competing practices.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel ongoing services anytime before the start of your next billing cycle by giving us written notice. This heads-up helps us begin our client retention process and ensures we don’t start working on next month’s strategy for your practice.

If we need to cancel our services, we’ll give you reasonable notice and refund any unused portion of prepaid fees.

Results and Guarantees

Marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your local market, competition, and industry changes. While we work hard to deliver great results, we can’t guarantee specific outcomes like patient numbers or revenue increases.

We do guarantee that we’ll deliver the services outlined in your agreement and meet reasonable quality standards. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for services. We’re not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequences beyond our direct control. This includes issues with third-party platforms like Google or Facebook.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and keep your practice information confidential. We may use analytics tools and tracking to improve our services, but we don’t sell your data to third parties.

We’ll only share your information when required by law or with your explicit permission.
