We offer a 70% cashback guarantee if our marketing efforts don’t generate any leads for your practice during your service period. This guarantee shows our confidence in our ability to help grow your patient base.

Important Requirements: To qualify for this cashback guarantee, you must provide us with:

  • Real Google reviews from your actual patients
  • Current photos of your dental office and practice


These materials are essential for creating effective marketing campaigns. Without authentic reviews and professional-quality photos of your practice, we cannot create compelling marketing content that converts visitors into patients.

If you cannot or choose not to provide these required materials, this cashback guarantee does not apply to your account.

What Counts as a Lead

A lead is defined as a potential patient who contacts your practice directly as a result of our marketing efforts. This includes:

  • Phone calls to your office
  • Contact form submissions through your website
  • Online appointment bookings
  • Direct messages through social media platforms we manage
  • Email inquiries generated from our campaigns


Leads must be trackable and verifiable through the systems we implement for your practice.

How to Request Your Refund

If you believe you haven’t received any leads during your service period, contact us within 30 days of your billing cycle ending. We’ll review your account activity, lead tracking data, and campaign performance together.

You’ll need to provide:

  • Documentation that no patient contacts were received
  • Access to your phone logs and appointment system for verification
  • Confirmation that you provided the required Google reviews and office photos


We’ll process approved refunds within 15 business days of completing our review.

Standard Refund Policy

For situations not covered by our no-leads guarantee, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Since we provide services rather than physical products, we typically don’t offer refunds once work has begun and strategies have been implemented.

However, if there are technical issues with our service delivery or if we fail to meet the specific deliverables outlined in your service agreement, we’ll work with you to either correct the issues or provide appropriate compensation.

What’s Not Refundable

Certain services and expenses are not eligible for refunds:

  • Third-party advertising costs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Domain registration and hosting fees paid to external providers
  • Photography or content creation that has already been delivered
  • Services where you’ve already received and approved the completed work
  • Monthly retainer services where work has been performed during that billing period

Processing and Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or certified mail to our Atlanta office. We’ll acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a timeline for review.

Standard refund processing takes 7-15 business days once approved. Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used originally, unless otherwise arranged.

Disputes and Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact our management team directly. We’re committed to fair resolution and want to maintain positive relationships with all our dental practice partners.

Most refund disputes can be resolved through direct communication. We value your business and want to ensure you’re satisfied with both our services and our business practices.
